This project was one of its kind done on TURNKEY BASIS and one of its kind. Its size was 280 sqyd and was built in west punjabi bagh locality . It had a stilt floor , ground floor with formal drawing room, kitchen and lobby.
All floors were interconnected with each other through central well or brahamsthan in centre as per vastu. First and second floor had 2 bedrooms each with master bathrooms fully equipped with jacuzzi in them. Top floor was complete entertainment zone with gym, terrace garden , bar and state of art home theater. Project was one of its kind and finished to minute details with all furniture , home automation and security systems.
